We primarily build on WordPress, Squarespace or Kajabi, depending on what best fits your needs and tech comfort level. We’ll guide you on the best fit during your strategy call.

The only reason I wouldn’t switch from a platform like Wordpress is if you have strong domain authority (i.e. thousands of people coming to your existing site every month) or if you have hundreds-thousands of existing blog posts that exist on your current website.

We design up to 5 core pages during your sprint (Home, About, Services, Contact, + 1 extra like a sales page or blog). Need more? You can add on extra pages à la carte after the sprint or upgrade to a custom project if your needs are more complex.

Once you apply, we’ll review your form and follow up within 1–2 business days. If it’s a fit, we’ll send you everything to get started—contract, invoice, and your prep everything for onboarding. Once we have everything needed to get started we’ll book in your strategy kickoff call and design start week!

If you need more complex functionality—like course platforms, booking systems, membership areas, or a multi-page site with deeper strategy—then a Custom Project might be a better fit.

Our custom projects start at $10K and include things like advanced site architecture, integrations, content migration, platform shifts, and personalized support across branding, web, and copy.

Totally. Once we wrap up your Website in a Week, you’ll have 2 weeks of post-project support so you’re never left hanging.

If you’re launching a Wordpress site, you can opt into one of our Monthly Maintenance Plans, which includes WordPress updates, security scans, small design edits, and more. It’s perfect if you want someone in your corner to handle the backend while you stay focused on your business.

Custom Website Builds are for established business owners who need a fully tailored site. Maybe you have lots of offers, multiple funnels, or need advanced features like course integration or booking systems. These start at $10K and include deep strategy, structure mapping, and a longer collaborative process.

We keep things simple and easy to follow! Once you book your Website in a Week, we’ll kick things off with a 1:1 strategy call where we get super clear on your goals, style, and what your website needs to do. That call sets the tone for the whole project.

From there, all communication happens inside a private Slack thread (basically a dedicated chat for you + our team — no messy email chains!). We’ll also use a few tools to keep things smooth:

• Loom – quick video walkthroughs so you can see what we’re working on

• Google Docs – to share and review any content or copy

• Markup Doc – to leave comments directly on your website draft (super easy, like sticky notes on your screen)
