  • 01. Discovery

    THE DISCOVERY PHASE IS DESIGNED TO HELP ME GET TO KNOW THE INS-AND-OUTS OF YOUR BUSINESS TO ENSURE WE BUILD A STRONG FOUNDATION FOR YOUR PROJECT. HERE’S A SNEAK PEAK INTO WHAT THIS PHASE TYPICALLY LOOKS LIKE:


    • Onboarding & Kickoff: When you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a project agreement & initial project invoice. All payments are automatically billed in monthly intervals based on the payment plan we discussed. Our first call is designed for us to get to know each other on a more personal level and talk through your brand vision.

    • Discovery Questionnaire: The discovery questionnaire is a series of hyper-targeted questions that ensures we start off on the same page. The questionnaire will roughly take 20-30 minutes to complete and will help guide you fine tune your brand vision.

    • Website Copy Prompts: I’ve created a series of written prompts to help you envision your site structure, and write the words of website. If copywriting is included in your package, I’ll do the heavy lifting of writing your copy and fine-tuning your brand voice.

  • 02. Design

    THE DESIGN PHASE IS WHERE WE TRULY SEE YOU BRAND VISION START TO COME TO LIFE. HERE’S A SNEAK PEAK INTO WHAT THIS PHASE TYPICALLY LOOKS LIKE:

    • Creative Direction: Using your answers from the questionnaire, I’ll develop an initial brand direction. I’ll pull inspiration and will present the creative direction, mood board, and brand strategy for your project to help you envision your future brand

    • Branding & Web Design: Once we’ve agreed on a design direction, I’ll present your unique brand identity and your website design with a Loom video presentation, alongside a feedback form. Your feedback can simply be written to us by text, responding with a Loom video, or jumping on a call as needed. We find this to be the most efficient process for us both. You’ll get 2 design revisions during this phase.

    • Copywriting: If you have a project with copywriting, we’ll draft your website copy in a Google Doc. Here you’ll be able visualize the site structure, leave feedback and make edits to ensure your brand personality is shown through the words on your site!

  • 03. Develop

    ONCE YOU’RE HAPPY WITH YOUR BRAND IDENTITY, WE’LL MOVE INTO DEVELOPMENT. THIS IS WHERE WE TRULY SEE YOUR DIGITAL PRESENCE FLOURISH. HERE’S A SNEAK PEEK INTO WHAT THIS PHASE TYPICALLY LOOKS LIKE:

    • Website Development & Customizations: Now the final direction of your brand & website are completed, we will move into website development. This is where we integrate website customizations, make live animations come to life, and optimize your site for all screen sizes.

    • Final Brand Refinements: We’ll make all the final design edits to your brand so that everything is perfect upon handoff. Depending on your package, this is where we’ll also curate any digital design assets such as PDF’s, business cards, social graphics, or any other brand collateral we discussed during our kickoff call.

  • 04. Launch

    NOW WE’RE READY TO GO LIVE AND SHOWCASE YOUR BUSINESS TO THE WORLD! WE’LL FOLDER EVERYTHING UP AND HANDOVER ALL YOUR BRAND ASSETS. HERE’S A SNEEK PEAK INTO WHAT THIS PROCESS TYPICALLY LOOKS LIKE:

    • Project Handoff: Once your website is live, I’ll hand over all existing brand collateral including your brand guide, logos, fonts, website walkthroughs and any other brand assets discussed in your project scope.

    • Website Tutorials: You’ll receive a series of website tutorials to help you customize your website, make copy edits, and maintain your website for years to come!

    • Post-Project Support: You’ll receive 1-full month of post-project support via email. If at any point after handoff you need help with something, you can send us a message and we’ll happily support you.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • All of our design projects are bespoke and are fully customized to your project needs. The investment for our design projects starts at $1500 for a long-form sales page and ranges up to $16k for a full-scale corporate design project.

  • We know good design is an investment, but I promise it’s an investment that will last the lifetime of your business!

    We do not offer discounts, but we do offer 3 and 4 month payment plans to help ease the financial pressure. If you need a longer payment plan, reach out to us and we’ll figure out a way to make it happen!

  • We prefer to design on Kajabi or Squarespace for ease-of-use upon hand-off. We also design on Showit and Wordpress as well!

  • The sooner the better! Our design queue is often booked out a few weeks/months in advance. However our lead up time to our project start date will give you time for you to fill out our discovery questionnaire and gather brand assets such as professional photography, etc.

    If you’re not quite ready to launch and would like to launch in a few months time, then you can also book a few months in advance to ensure you secure your spot.

  • The designer you choose is completely up to you! If you align with my design style, like my previous work in my portfolio here, or are a heart-led entrepreneur or practitioner that wants to make a bigger impact, then I think we’d be a good fit!

    I have a very compassionate and nurturing approach to design, as I want you to feel supported every step of the way!

  • There MAY be additional costs associated with your project depending on what you already have. For your website, you will have to pay for your domain, your hosting plan (i.e. Squarespace or Kajabi).

    If you’d like to integrate emails/CRM, then you’ll need to pay for an email platform such as Flodesk or ConvertKit. If you’d like to setup a booking integration then you’ll need to pay for a scheduling platform, such as Squarespace Scheduling (previously Acuity) or Calendly.

    For branding, you may need to buy a font license for your updated brand fonts.

  • I know good design is an investment that will last the lifetime of your business, and I completely understand if you have a smaller budget! I don’t offer discounts on my set packages, however, I occasionally accept smaller projects on a case-by-case basis depending on my availability and if I think we’re a good fit.

  • We DO NOT offer logo design as a standalone offer, because we truly believe branding goes WAAAY beyond just a logo. Branding is truly all about giving you a strategy that allows you to cohesively show up across all consumer touchpoints.

    If you are purchasing a package that includes website design, we do offer a mini-brand add-on for $500 or £400. In this mini-brand, we complete your brand basics in the first week of your design project. This includes a simple text-based wordmark, colors, and typography.

    Please note: We do not offer mini-brands as a standalone package, but only as an add-on for packages that include web design.
