I’m Angelique Vestil!
Growing up as a student-athlete most of my childhood, wellness, mindset, & most importantly self-development has always been a huge part of my life. It wasn’t until I got to college that I struggled with taking care of my body outside of playing sports. I fell into unhealthy patterns & struggled with my things such as blood pressure and mental health. I knew I needed to figure out a more sustainable way to take care of my body from the inside out.
Instead of going the corporate route after graduating from college, I decided to go on a soul-searching journey around the world and decided to go all in on my business. I started exploring the world of wellness and went on a true self-growth journey. I discovered things such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, and more recently dove deep into nutrition, gut health, & therapy to help regulate my nervous system and truly heal my body from the inside out.
So how did I get here? I knew early on that I’d end up working a career that allowed me to combine my creativity, my two degrees in marketing & systems, and my passion for wellness & self-development. After many years of navigating my path, I’ve been led on a beautiful journey here. And with all the wobbly turns, it truly makes complete sense how I got here.
I’m obsessed with helping wildly passionate business owners bring brands to life and make a bigger impact. The truth is, you're not alone in feeling that your business has more to give.
