By purchasing any of our offers through Kajabi, you (the Client) agree to the terms below:
Payments & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. Your initial payment secures your project start date and is non-refundable under any circumstance. If you’re on a payment plan, all future payments are also non-refundable once processed, as work and resources are reserved specifically for you. If a payment fails or is declined, work will pause until payment is resolved. Repeated failed payments may result in termination of the project without refund.Project Reservation
Payment confirms your reservation. Once payment is received, we’ll follow up with next steps, including your prep form and project start timeline. Your spot is not confirmed until the initial down payment is made.Client Responsibilities & Prep Requirements
You are responsible for submitting all prep materials (branding, content, imagery, etc.) by your assigned deadline. If these are not submitted on time, we may need to reschedule your project, which could incur a $500 rescheduling fee or delay. If a delay exceeds 30 days due to missing materials or lack of communication, the project may be closed and any remaining balance forfeited.Communication
Project communication will be handled through Slack and email. Timely responses are required to stay on track with your design timeline. If feedback or approvals are delayed beyond three (3) business days, your project timeline may shift accordingly.Timeline & Scope
Your project will be completed within the timeline specified for your package. Any scope changes or additions may affect the timeline or result in additional fees. Scope includes one (1) round of revisions per major phase unless otherwise noted. Additional revisions or requests outside of scope will be billed at $150/hour or as agreed upon in writing.Ownership & Usage Rights
Final designs are yours to use across your platforms once the project is paid in full. We reserve the right to share your project in our portfolio and marketing unless otherwise requested in writing. All working files, templates, and raw design assets remain the intellectual property of the designer unless explicitly purchased or agreed otherwise.Website & Tech Limitations
We design using third-party platforms (Squarespace, WordPress, Kajabi, etc.). You are responsible for maintaining your hosting, domain, and any platform subscriptions. We are not liable for platform outages, plugin issues, or third-party updates after launch.Post-Project Support
You’ll receive two (2) weeks of post-launch email support for questions or minor edits. If you’d like to continue working together, we offer ongoing support through our maintenance or retainer packages. Any updates, edits, or troubleshooting after this period will be billed separately unless under a support plan.Liability & Disclaimer
While we use best practices for SEO, conversion, and performance, we cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., sales, traffic, or bookings) following launch. You acknowledge that results depend on various factors beyond our control, including your ongoing marketing efforts and content strategy.Force Majeure Clause
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, or technical disruptions.Governing Law (for legal clarity):
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.Agreement
By completing your purchase on angeliquevestil.com or angeliquevestil.mykajabi.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. This agreement is legally binding and applies to all projects and services purchased through Kajabi.
