About Us:
Brand With Impact is a boutique creative agency co-founded by Angelique Vestil. We partner with health, wellness, and personal development leaders who are out there shaping industries and changing lives. Our focus is building brands and websites that are visually stunning, strategically built, and designed to convert.
As we grow, we’re looking for a white-label Brand Designer who can take full ownership of branding projects — from concept to final delivery — so we can streamline our in-house workflow and better serve our clients.
Job Overview
We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Brand Designer to join our team on a white label, per-project basis. This role is perfect for someone who loves building brands from the ground up, thrives in both sprint-style projects and longer timelines, and wants to grow alongside a boutique agency working with health, wellness, and coaching brands.
As our white label Brand Designer, you’ll take brand strategy and creative direction and translate them into complete identity systems (logo suites, typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines) that capture a client’s essence while setting them up for long-term success. You’ll be responsible for ensuring every asset is intentional, polished, and consistent across all touchpoints.
You won’t need to handle direct client calls; instead, your focus will be on design and execution. Projects are managed asynchronously in Asana/ClickUp, with creative direction provided through Loom and written notes. We run a mix of branding sprints (e.g. Brand in a Week) and larger custom branding projects that span several weeks, so you’ll need to be comfortable working on both compressed timelines and in-depth brand builds.
This role goes beyond simply creating logos. You’ll also be responsible for packaging brand files, creating brand guides, exporting assets, and preparing deliverables for seamless client handoff — helping us uphold the agency’s reputation for high-touch, strategy-driven design.
We see this as more than a contractor role — it’s an opportunity to become a long-term strategic partner. If the collaboration is a great fit, there is room to move into a retainer-based role and eventually take on a Lead Brand Designer position, overseeing brand identity builds from concept to delivery.
The Role
You’ll be brought in on a per project basis to lead branding work for select clients. Each project will vary depending on client needs, but you’ll typically be responsible for delivering a full brand package, including:
Brand discovery and concept development
Logo design suite and variations (primary, secondary, logo marks, etc.)
Color palette, typography, and visual identity system
Brand mockups (social, packaging, digital, etc.)
Final brand guidelines document (with all files neatly organized and export-ready)
Project Timelines
We offer two main branding paths for our clients, and you’ll be expected to deliver according to these timelines:
Branding Sprint – A condensed engagement where clients receive a complete brand package in 1 week. This is the baseline service you’ll need to adhere to, with focused timelines and a streamlined process.
Custom Branding Projects – Larger projects that allow for deeper exploration and refinement, delivered in 4–6 weeks.
Because you’ll be fully dedicated to branding (with no website build responsibilities), we expect efficiency, high-quality execution, and strict adherence to agreed-upon timelines.
This is an opportunity to step into a long-term white-label partnership. If the first project goes well, we’ll continue working with you on an ongoing basis as client demand grows. Since it’s paid per project (not hourly), the more efficient and polished your process, the better your earning potential.
Who We’re Looking For
At least 3+ years of professional branding experience (agency or freelance).
Strong portfolio showing complete brand identity systems (logos, colors, type, guidelines).
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (bonus if you use Figma).
Detail-oriented, organized, and confident delivering polished final files.
Able to own the full branding process from start to finish.
Comfortable working independently while adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
Professional communicator — meets deadlines and delivers clean handoffs.
Bonus: experience working with health, wellness, or personal development brands.
This role is NOT for you if…
You’re only looking for quick, one-off freelance projects.
You rely heavily on templates and don’t deliver custom brand work.
You’re not comfortable taking ownership of an entire brand project from start to finish.
You can’t commit to adhering to clear project timelines (2–4 weeks for sprints, 6–8 weeks for custom).
This role is intended as a long-term partnership. If you’re looking for short-term freelance projects or juggling multiple agency commitments, this likely isn’t the right fit.
Why Join Us
Consistent per-project work as we continue to scale.
Long-term opportunity to become our go-to white-label brand partner.
Work on impactful brands in the health, wellness, coaching and consulting space.
Creative freedom within a clear strategic process.
Paid per project — predictable, transparent compensation with room to grow.
We work primarily async, but you’ll need to be available for 2–3 hours of overlap for occasional team calls and check-ins. Angelique splits her time primarily between Thailand and the Philippines. Occasionally she will also spend parts of the year in the UK/USA so team calls would need to adjust accordingly.
While this role is not client-facing to start, the right candidate may grow into a client-facing role in the future, overseeing creative direction and presenting work directly

✨ We only hire resourceful, proactive individuals — so, PRO TIP: don’t sound like a robot. We’re looking for a professional designer who can confidently take ownership of brand projects, deliver on timeline, and provide polished, strategic work. If you’re a strong brand designer interested in a long-term white-label partnership, we’d love to meet you.
