White Label Brand Designer

Angelique Vestil & Brand With Impact is a boutique branding and web design agency for health and wellness practitioners. Think functional medicine doctors, fertility coaches, health clinics, nutritionists, therapists, wellness centers, etc. Our clients are serious professionals with established practices, and they trust us to build brands that feel elevated, strategic, and completely them.

We're looking for a white label Brand Designer to take full ownership of branding projects, from concept to final delivery, on a per-project basis.

This is a remote, async-first role. You won't be on client calls. You'll receive strategy, creative direction, and written briefs from us and deliver polished, complete brand identity systems. Projects are managed in Asana/Notion with direction shared via Loom and written notes.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

➡️ Full brand identity builds: logo suites, typography, color palette, brand guidelines
➡️ All work must be fully custom and original (no AI or logo templates)
➡️ Supporting brand assets as needed per project scope
➡️ Proper file packaging, asset export, and client-ready handoff folders
➡️ Consistency and quality across every single deliverable

YOU'RE THE RIGHT FIT IF:

➡️ You have 3+ years building brand identities for service-based businesses, ideally in health, wellness, coaching, or personal development
➡️ Your portfolio shows range and restraint. You know when to be bold and when to pull back.
➡️ You can work with a brief and run with it without constant check-ins
➡️ You take feedback without ego and revise with precision
➡️ You have a strong process for file organization and delivery
➡️ You're looking for a long-term creative partnership, not just one-off gigs

THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT FIT IF:

❌ You need a lot of hand-holding or check-ins to get started
❌ Your portfolio is mostly logo-only work with no full brand systems
❌ You're not comfortable with async feedback via Loom or written notes
❌ You've never designed for a health, wellness, or coaching brand

PROJECT TYPES:

We run both sprint-style branding projects (Brand in a Week) and longer custom builds spanning several weeks. You need to be comfortable with both.

TOOLS WE USE:

Adobe, Figma, Notion, Asana, Loom, Markup, Canva (for templates), Google Drive for deliverables.

COMPENSATION:

Project rates typically start at $500 USD per project depending on scope, complexity, and timeline. We believe good work deserves fair pay. If you're the right fit, we'll find a number that works for both of us. We work on a 50% deposit, 50% on delivery model, with contractor payment released upon final client approval.

GROWTH PATH:

This starts as a per-project contractor role. If the work is consistently excellent and the collaboration flows, this moves into a retainer arrangement and eventually a Lead Brand Designer position, where you'd oversee brand builds from kickoff to delivery.
