About Us:
Brand With Impact is a boutique creative agency co-founded by Angelique Vestil. We partner with health, wellness, and personal development leaders who are out there shaping industries and changing lives. Our focus is building brands and websites that are visually stunning, strategically built, and designed to convert.
We’re looking for a white-label Website Designer who can take finalized brand assets and turn them into stunning, functional websites. You’ll work on a per-project basis, collaborating with us to execute website builds in Squarespace and/or Kajabi, starting with Figma designs and translating them into polished live websites.
Job Overview
We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Website Designer to join our team on a white label, per-project basis. This role is perfect for someone who loves blending design with strategy, thrives in fast-paced sprints, and wants to grow alongside a boutique agency working with health, wellness, and coaching brands.
As our white label Website Designer, you’ll take creative direction and brand guidelines and translate them into strategic wireframes, beautiful layouts, and fully functional websites on Squarespace or Kajabi. You’ll be responsible for bringing a vision to life while ensuring every detail from spacing and typography to responsiveness and user flow is executed with care.
You won’t need to handle direct client calls; instead, your focus will be on design and execution. Projects are managed asynchronously in Asana/ClickUp, with creative direction provided through Loom and written notes. We run a mix of design sprints (e.g. Website in a Week) and larger custom projects, so you’ll need to be comfortable working on both tight timelines and longer builds. This role goes beyond simply designing websites. You’ll also be responsible for upholding the agency’s reputation for high-touch, conversion-driven design.
We see this as more than a contractor role and an opportunity to become a long-term strategic partner. If the collaboration is a great fit, there is room to move into a retainer-based role and eventually take on a Lead Designer position, overseeing web builds from concept to launch.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for building websites that not only look great but also support client conversion goals. A typical project will include:
Taking approved brand assets (logos, colors, fonts, guidelines) and creating website mockups in Figma.
Translating those designs into functional, responsive websites in Squarespace and/or Kajabi.
Structuring pages for conversion: homepages, about pages, service/sales pages, opt-ins, and blogs.
Customizing templates where needed, while ensuring everything feels unique and aligned with the brand.
Setting up integrations (email opt-ins, scheduling tools, lead forms, etc.) and ensuring smooth user flow.
Handing off completed sites with documentation and ensuring everything is error-free before launch.
Project Timelines
We work on two main website delivery tracks:
Website Sprints (1 week) – streamlined builds for clients who need a fast turnaround.
Custom Website Projects (6–8 weeks) – larger projects with more pages and deeper strategy.
Because you’ll be fully dedicated to website design (with no branding responsibilities), we expect efficiency, high-quality execution, and strict adherence to agreed-upon timelines.
This is an opportunity to step into a long-term white-label partnership. If the first project goes well, we’ll continue working with you on an ongoing basis as client demand grows. Since it’s paid per project (not hourly), the more efficient and polished your process, the better your earning potential.
Who We’re Looking For
At least 3+ years of professional website design/development experience (agency or freelance).
Strong portfolio showing Squarespace and/or Kajabi websites you’ve designed and built.
Proficient in Figma (wireframing + high-fidelity web mockups).
Comfortable executing websites that align with both branding and conversion strategy.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to deliver clean, polished final products.
Strong communicator — responsive, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
Bonus: experience with other platforms (WordPress, Showit, Shopify) is welcome.
This role is NOT for you if…
You’re only looking for quick, one-off freelance projects.
You rely heavily on templates and don’t deliver custom website work.
You can’t confidently design and build full websites from Figma mockups.
You rely heavily on generic templates without customizing for the brand.
You struggle to stick to clear project deadlines.
This role is intended as a long-term partnership. If you’re looking for short-term freelance projects or juggling multiple agency commitments, this likely isn’t the right fit.
Why Join Us
Consistent per-project work as we continue to scale.
Long-term opportunity to become our go-to white-label web design partner.
Work on impactful brands in the health, wellness, coaching and consulting space.
Creative freedom within a clear strategic process and branding given to you
Paid per project — predictable, transparent compensation with room to grow.
We work primarily async, but you’ll need to be available for 2–3 hours of overlap for occasional team calls and check-ins. Angelique splits her time primarily between Thailand and the Philippines. Occasionally she will also spend parts of the year in the UK/USA so team calls would need to adjust accordingly.
While this role is not client-facing to start, the right candidate may grow into a client-facing role in the future, overseeing creative direction and presenting work directly
Compensation
This is a per-project role. Rates are negotiable depending on project scope and experience.
Projects typically range from 1 week Website Sprints to 6–8 week Custom Websites.
Payment will be made per project (via Wise).

✨ We only hire resourceful, proactive individuals — so, PRO TIP: don’t sound like a robot. We’re looking for a professional designer who can confidently take ownership of website projects, deliver on timeline, and provide polished, strategic work. If you’re a strong brand designer interested in a long-term white-label partnership, we’d love to meet you.
