Each plan is designed to fit different levels of support.
Essential Website Care ($115/month) covers website maintenance, security updates, and uptime monitoring.
Website Care + Light Design Work ($249/month) includes one hour of design updates per month and Slack access.
Website Care + Pro Design Support ($497/month) includes three hours of design updates, a quarterly strategy call, priority Slack support, and emergency security cleanup.

Design updates include small edits like text changes, image swaps, button tweaks, and minor layout adjustments. Larger tasks, such as full-page redesigns, advanced development, or custom functionality, may require additional hours or a separate project.

Design hours do not roll over to the next month. This ensures we can prioritize active clients and provide timely support. If you need more hours, you can purchase additional time at $150/hour.

Essential Website Care: Submit requests via email.
Light Design Support & Pro Design Support: You can submit requests via Slack or email.
Larger requests may be discussed during your quarterly strategy call (Pro Design Support).

Essential Website Care: Routine maintenance is done automatically, and security issues are addressed within 48 hours.
Light Design Support: Design requests are completed within 3–5 business days.
Pro Design Support: Priority turnaround with same-day Slack responses and a 1–3 day completion time.
If you have a time-sensitive request, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time to receive more design hours, priority support, or strategy calls. Just message us via email or Slack, and we’ll take care of it.

If you’re on the Essential Website Care Plan, we’ll notify you of any malware issues, but cleanup is not included.
For Light Design Support and Pro Design Support clients, we provide weekly malware scans and emergency cleanup support. If your site needs advanced security fixes, we can recommend additional services.

Yes! All care plans include malware monitoring to detect potential threats before they become a problem. If malware is detected, we’ll notify you and provide guidance on next steps.
Essential Plan ($115/month): Includes basic malware monitoring (alerts if an issue is found, but no cleanup).
Light & Pro Plans ($249–$497/month): Includes weekly malware scans and basic cleanup support if possible.

If your website is compromised:
Essential Plan Clients: We’ll notify you of the issue and recommend cleanup options (third-party services or an upgrade to a higher plan).
Light & Pro Plan Clients: If it’s a minor issue that can be resolved with our security tools, we’ll handle it at no extra cost. If more extensive cleanup is required, we’ll provide recommendations.
If your plan does not include malware cleanup, you can book a one-time malware removal service for $250–$500.

We provide a detailed website health and performance report at the beginning of each month. Your report will include insights into your site's security, performance, plugin updates, and any design updates completed during the previous month.
