section 1: the visitor's first impression (0-10 seconds)
when someone lands on their homepage, they have seconds to decide if they stay. analyze:
does the hero headline speak to what their ideal client is experiencing right now, or does it describe what they do? (example: "stuck in cycles you can't break" hits different than "anxiety coaching")
is there a specific person reading the site, or could this homepage apply to anyone? can a visitor picture themselves here?
how long until they see the value or what's offered? is it in the first two sections or buried below the fold?
write: does this site make someone feel seen in the first 10 seconds, or does it feel generic?
psychology principle: people don't decide to trust based on facts. they decide based on whether you see them.
