Refund & Purchase Policy

This Refund and Purchase Policy applies to all digital products, semi-custom brand kits, templates, mini courses, payment plans, retainer subscriptions, and any other offerings available for purchase on angeliquevestil.com (the "Site"). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS — ALL SALES FINAL

All purchases made through this Site are for digital products and are therefore final. Because digital files and course content are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, I do not offer automatic refunds once a purchase is complete.

This applies to:

  • Semi-custom brand kits

  • Squarespace and website templates

  • Mini courses and educational content

  • Downloadable guides, workbooks, or any other digital files

Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product is right for you, reach out before buying at support@angeliquevestil.com.

2. REFUND REQUESTS — CASE BY CASE

While all sales are final as a general policy, I understand that exceptional circumstances arise. Refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis and are entirely at my discretion.

To submit a refund request, email support@angeliquevestil.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Please include your name, the email address used to purchase, the product name, your order number, and a brief explanation of your situation.

I will not consider refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the original purchase date.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to process depending on your bank or card provider.

3. CIRCUMSTANCES THAT MAY QUALIFY FOR A REFUND

Refund requests are more likely to be considered in the following situations:

  • You were charged twice for the same product

  • You experienced a verified technical issue that prevented access to your purchase and I was unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe

  • The product delivered was materially different from what was described on the sales page

The following are not grounds for a refund:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing

  • You did not use or implement the product

  • You found a similar product elsewhere at a lower price

  • Results from implementing the product did not meet your expectations

4. PAYMENT PLANS

Some products on this Site may be available with a payment plan option, allowing you to split the total cost into multiple installments. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full regardless of whether you continue to use or access the product.

If a payment fails or is not completed on time:

  • Access to the product or course content will be paused until the outstanding payment is successfully processed

  • You will receive a notification to the email address on file with instructions to update your payment method

  • Access will be reinstated promptly once payment is received

Selecting a payment plan does not reduce the total amount owed. Partial payments are non-refundable. If you are experiencing difficulty with a payment, please contact me at support@angeliquevestil.com before your payment due date so we can work something out.

5. RETAINER SUBSCRIPTIONS

Retainer services, including but not limited to SEO retainers and any other design retainer, are billed on a recurring basis and subject to a minimum commitment period as specified at the time of enrollment.

Cancellation terms:

  • You may cancel your retainer subscription by providing 30 days written notice via email to support@angeliquevestil.com

  • Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the 30-day notice period, and you will be billed normally during that time

  • Retainer fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, including the final cycle during your notice period

  • Early cancellation before the minimum commitment period has been completed is not permitted unless otherwise agreed to in writing

Any deliverables completed and delivered up to the cancellation date remain yours to keep. Work in progress at the time of cancellation will be delivered in its current state with no obligation to complete it beyond the notice period.

6. COURSE AND DIGITAL CONTENT ACCESS

Courses and digital content are delivered through Kajabi. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive access instructions via the email address you provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure you enter a valid email address at the time of purchase.

If you experience technical difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact me at support@angeliquevestil.com before submitting a refund request so I can attempt to resolve the issue first.

Access to course content is granted to the individual purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

7. SEMI-CUSTOM BRAND KITS

Semi-custom brand kits involve a degree of customization and design work. Because work begins upon purchase, these are non-refundable once the customization process has started. If you have questions about the process, timeline, or deliverables before purchasing, please reach out at support@angeliquevestil.com.

8. PAYMENT PROCESSING

All purchases on this Site are processed securely through Stripe via Kajabi. I do not store your credit card details. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's and Kajabi's terms of service and privacy policies. All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

9. CHARGEBACKS

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider without first contacting me to resolve the issue, I reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and permanently revoke your access to any purchased products. I always prefer to resolve issues directly, so please reach out before escalating to your financial institution.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

I may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of this Site after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
