  • Nope! All of our Custom Website packages include either a full brand identity or brand refresh, depending on your needs. We'll work with you to develop your color palette, logo, font pairings, and overall creative direction — so everything flows together beautifully.

  • That depends on the package you choose. If you already have your website copy written (or plan to write it yourself), our Branding + Website track is perfect.

    If you'd prefer full copy support where we write every word for you based on your goals and voice, I’d recommend going for the Branding, Website + Copywriting track.

    We’ll always guide you through the process, but you're welcome to choose the level of support you need.

  • Great question! Website in a Week is designed for newer business owners who need a beautiful, strategic starter site — fast. It includes up to 5 pages, and is perfect if you already have a general idea of your offers and don’t need deep customization.

    Custom Website Projects are built for founders who are scaling, pivoting, or managing more complexity in their business. If you have multiple offers, advanced features (like courses, bookings, or memberships), or need a larger site (8–15+ pages), a custom project gives us the space and strategy to do it right.

  • Custom Website timelines typically span 10–16 weeks, depending on the scope of your project, your availability for reviews, and whether copywriting is included. We'll map out a custom timeline before we begin so you're never in the dark.

  • We keep things simple and easy to follow! Once you book your Website in a Week, we’ll kick things off with a 1:1 strategy call where we get super clear on your goals, style, and what your website needs to do. That call sets the tone for the whole project.

    From there, all communication happens inside a private Slack thread (basically a dedicated chat for you + our team — no messy email chains!). We’ll also use a few tools to keep things smooth:

    • Loom – quick video walkthroughs so you can see what we’re working on

    • Google Docs – to share and review any content or copy

    • Markup Doc – to leave comments directly on your website draft (super easy, like sticky notes on your screen)
