Senior Designer (Branding + Squarespace Web Design)

Remote, Freelance with the option to go full-time

Angelique Vestil + Brand With Impact is a boutique creative agency working with health, wellness, and personal development leaders who are shaping industries and changing lives. We create brands and websites that are visually stunning, strategically built, and designed to convert.

I’m looking for an experienced, detail-driven designer to join my team! Someone with the skill, vision, and independence to eventually take the creative lead on client projects. This is not an entry-level or short-term role. We want someone who is already exceptional and ready to contribute at a high level from day one.

The Role

  • 5 – 10 hours/week to start, with potential to grow into full-time.

  • Fully remote, flexible hours, occasional team calls.

  • No direct client calls so your focus gets to be on design and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development: Create complete brand identity systems — logo suites, typography, color palettes, and visual guidelines — from concept to final deliverables.

  • Website Design & Execution: Wireframe, design, and develop Squarespace websites that are both visually stunning and strategically built for conversion.

  • Design Sprint Project Execution: Take full creative ownership during our Website Sprint projects (e.g. Website in a Week), managing the process from wireframe to launch within compressed timelines.

  • Creative Translation: Turn strategy documents, client questionnaires, and audience research into high-quality visual assets that align with brand positioning.

  • Quality Control: Triple-check all deliverables for consistency, alignment, and polish before internal review.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director (Angelique) and other team members to ensure projects meet both creative and strategic goals.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A designer who can balance creative vision with strategic execution.

  • Highly self-sufficient and able to move projects forward without micromanagement.

  • Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.

  • Committed to long-term growth within our agency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years professional brand + web design experience (agency background preferred).

  • A strong portfolio showcasing at least 3 brand identities and 3 live Squarespace websites.

  • Advanced Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign skills.

  • Strong Figma skills for web wireframes and layouts.

  • Deep understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and brand storytelling.

  • Ability to interpret brand strategy and translate it into compelling, on-brand design.

  • Bonus: Experience working async via Clickup, Loom videos, Markup, etc.

  • Bonus: Experience developing websites in Kajabi or Wordpress
