Coaching Logo Design: Real Branding Examples to Inspire Your Coaching Business
If you've been Googling coaching logo inspiration and keep seeing the same Canva templates recycled over and over, you're in the right place.
Every example in this post comes from real logos designed by Angelique Vestil with real briefs. Real briefs. Real decisions. Real coaches and wellness practitioners who needed a brand that would actually speak to the people they help. I've been designing brands in this space for over seven years, and the thing I keep coming back to is this: the best coaching logos aren't the ones that look the most "professional." They're the ones that make the right person feel like they've finally found who they've been looking for.
Here are nine real examples from the niches I work in most, plus the thinking behind each one.
What Makes a Great Coaching Logo
Before the examples, here's something worth knowing.
In a coaching business, your logo is doing a very specific job. Coaching is a relationship business. Your clients aren't buying a product. They're deciding whether to trust you with something personal: their health, their career, their mindset, their body. Your logo is often the very first thing they see, and it shows up everywhere before you do — your website, your Instagram profile, your email signature, your course platform, your podcast art, your retreat materials.
A logo that just shows what you do (a lotus for wellness, a leaf for nutrition, a speech bubble for communication) tells someone what you do. A logo built around the feeling of working with you tells them what it's like to be your client. That second one is what actually converts.
Life Coach Logo Design: Branding Examples
Best Life Coach Logo: Sophie Dear
logo design for life coach and retreat leader sophie dear
Sophie Dear is an internationally recognized life coach, yoga and meditation teacher, and retreat leader based in London. She helps women reduce stress, heal burnout, stop people-pleasing, and reconnect with themselves. She runs experiences across the UK, Portugal, and Bali. The project covered brand identity, website design, marketing strategy, and funnel copywriting.
Sophie needed a brand that felt sophisticated without being cold, and grounded without feeling basic. That's actually a harder thing to pull off in the life coaching space than it sounds. Her clients are smart, accomplished women who have been let down by surface-level wellness content. The brand needed to reflect that she has real credentials, a global reputation, and a method that gets lasting results. We went minimal and modern with a quiet warmth built in. Refined enough for her retreat caliber. Approachable enough that a woman in burnout doesn't feel intimidated before she's even read the about page.
Health Coach Logo Design: Branding Examples
Best Health Coach Logo: Fueled & Free Nutrition
logo design for holistic nutrition coach in florida
Fueled & Free is a high-touch functional nutrition coaching practice. They offer specialty lab testing, GLP-1 and peptide microdosing support, and 1-on-1 nutritional therapy. The project included a full rebrand and a new WordPress website.
The client coming to Fueled & Free has usually already tried a lot of things. They're done with vague wellness advice. They want someone who runs real labs, has a clear process, and can actually explain what's going on in their body. The brand needed to communicate that kind of clarity without feeling clinical or heavy. We went coastal and light. Minimal with a pop of color. The overall feel is organized and credible — without any of the noise that tends to follow functional health coaching brands.
Wellness Coach Logo Design: Branding Examples
Best Wellness Coach Logo: Niomi Smart
logo design for wellness influencer and lifestyle personality niomi smart
Niomi Smart is a wellness and lifestyle personality with an internationally recognized following. Her brand needed to hold the full range of what she does — spirituality, lifestyle, wellness content — without pulling too hard in any one direction. The project included brand identity and a Squarespace website.
This was one of the more nuanced briefs in the portfolio. Niomi's world spans high-end editorial and spiritual retreat, and the brand needed to feel at home in both. We used an earthy sage and charcoal palette with refined typography that could sit comfortably on either end of that spectrum. When you encounter the brand, the feeling is: this person has done the inner work, and she knows how to make it look beautiful.
Nutrition Coach Logo Design: Branding Examples
Best Nutrition Coach Logo: Nourish with Kathy
logo design for registered dietitian nourish with kathy
Nourish with Kathy is a women's health and pediatric dietitian practice. The philosophy is simple: stop dieting, start nourishing. The brand needed to speak to two different people at once — a mom looking into nutrition support for her child, and a woman navigating her own hormone health — without feeling pulled in two directions.
We built the identity around a deep moody teal called "northern lake," paired with warm gold and soft sky blue. The flowing script wordmark has personality without being precious. A subtle botanical pattern layered into the background adds texture throughout. The lifestyle photography direction — golden hour, coastal, meditative — carries that sense of ease across every touchpoint. You land on this brand and feel like you're in the hands of someone who has genuinely figured something out.
Best Nutrition Coaching Brand: The Nutrition Circle

The Nutrition Circle is a Melbourne-based nutrition coaching practice covering women's health, fertility, eating disorders, and sports performance. The project included branding, website design, copywriting, and a full platform migration from Weebly to Kajabi.
This brief was genuinely interesting because the brand had to welcome a wide range of clients without feeling generic. An athlete and a woman in recovery from an eating disorder both need to feel seen here. We went minimal, modern, and playful with a clean feminine energy. The pattern work is what gives the brand personality without locking it into any one niche.
Holistic Health Coach Logo Design: Branding Examples
Best Holistic Health Coach Logo: Connected Healing
logo design for acupuncturist and integrative therapy clinic
Connected Healing is an integrative therapy and acupuncture practice specializing in fertility, women's health, and whole-body care. The project included brand identity, website design, copywriting, and SEO.
This logo mark is one of my personal favorites in the portfolio. What looks like a botanical sprig is actually a symbol of sperm and egg, designed to be felt rather than read. You sense the fertility and whole-body connection without it ever tipping into clinical territory. The palette of deep forest green, terracotta, warm sage, and cream carries that groundedness throughout the full identity. The brief was "ancient wisdom meets modern science," and every decision we made was designed to give a new client that feeling of being held before they've even read a word.
Wellness Personal Brand Logo Design: Branding Examples
Best Wellness Personal Brand Logo: The Clear Skin Lab
logo design for acne and skin clinic
The Clear Skin Lab is a functional nutrition coaching practice helping women clear chronic skin flares for good. The focus is root cause, not symptom management.
The positioning brief was "big sister brand in the chronic acne industry," and that's honestly one of the clearest, most useful briefs I've ever worked from. A big sister brand is warm, knowledgeable, direct, and deeply relatable. She's been through it, figured it out, and is genuinely invested in helping you do the same. The custom wordmark uses geometric letterforms with rounded edges — youthful and sophisticated at the same time. There's a custom "A" that references a water droplet, and circular motifs carry a sense of wholeness throughout the identity. When the client saw the final brand, she said: "I think my jaw actually dropped."
Fertility Coach Logo Design: Branding Examples
Best Fertility Coach Logo: The Functional Fertility Clinic
logo design for functional fertility clinic
The Functional Fertility Clinic specializes in root-cause fertility care, blending functional nutrition with health coaching.
Fertility coaching branding is emotionally complex in a way most niches aren't. The person finding this practice is often carrying grief and hope at the same time. Lean too hard into either one and you miss them. We went grounded and credible, with warmth built in underneath — earthy, intentional, and specific enough to communicate that this practice has a real methodology behind it. The feeling we were going for was: "you're going to be okay, and you're also going to be taken seriously."
Best Fertility Nutrition Coach Logo: Nurture Your Fertility
logo design for fertility specialist clinic
Nurture Your Fertility was co-created by Amanda and Erin at Hormone Healing RD as a space where functional nutrition meets fertility support.
Two fertility coaching brands in the same portfolio that look completely different. That's intentional. Where The Functional Fertility Clinic needed to feel evidence-forward and steady, Nurture Your Fertility needed to feel soft and held. The name signals it — nurture is a warm word, and the brand needed to live up to it. We leaned feminine and gentle without losing credibility. When you land on it, you feel like this is a space where you'll be genuinely cared for.
What the Best Coaching Logos Have in Common
The visual styles across these nine projects are pretty different. But the starting point is always the same.
Every brief begins with the client, not the niche. Not "what does a life coach logo look like" — but "who is the specific person this brand needs to speak to, and what do they need to feel the moment they find it?" That question produces a completely different result than starting with aesthetics. And it produces brands that do real work, not just ones that look good in a screenshot.
The other thing they all share: commitment. Every brand here makes a clear choice and holds it fully. Sophisticated and minimal for Sophie Dear. Moody and earthy for Nourish with Kathy. Vibrant and bold for The Clear Skin Lab. None of them are trying to appeal to everyone. That specificity is exactly what makes them feel like they were made for a particular person, not assembled from a template.
Ready to Build a Coaching Brand That Actually Connects?
These nine projects span life coaching, health coaching, wellness, nutrition, holistic health, fertility, and functional medicine. And every single one started in the same place: who is your client, what are they feeling when they find you, and what does the brand need to communicate before you've said a word? That’s what me and my team specialize in!
